Come hang out with us Saturday July 27th from 12-4 pm and learn how to cook (or brush up on your skills) the state dish of Texas - Chili! This class will be held at the Mild Bill's Spices WWHQ. We will talk about spices, recipes, and how to cook a winning pot of competition chili. The cost per person is $125 and includes a winning recipe, spices and meat as well as other ingredients needed to cook chili. Bring a new cook and receive a 10% discount off your registration fee!
