Named after a beloved friend and chili cook, this blend is a great base to use in a chili recipe. A hearty chili powder flavor gives way to mild salt and very little heat. This blend can be used with any product in our inventory and does well in the front or back of a recipe. It can be used in place of San Antonio Original as a base chili powder.
Scoville Heat Units: 1,000-2,000
Ingredients: Ground chili peppers, garlic, salt, cumin and spices.
