OTICC Championship Recipes

The Original Terlingua International Championship Chili Cook Off is held the 1st Saturday in November "Behind the Store" in Terlingua, Texas.  This cook off is rich in tradition and attracts cooks, spectators, and locals every year.  Tolbert, as it is commonly known, raises money for various charities, including ALS Research, through it's chili cook offs.  Mild Bill's is the home of past OTICC Champions including 2019 champion Vicki Sanders!  We are proud to be Tolbert sponsors and love being involved with this great organization.  Find out more at www.abowlofred.com.  Viva Terlingua!
