Cadillac Cowgirl is a blend featuring Kelly Brignon and Tom Dozier's base chili powders used in their 2010 Terlingua International Championship recipe. This chili powder blend has a beautiful red color with mild heat and well balanced chili powder flavor and salt. It can be used with San Antonio Red, Hatch and/or Dixon with excellent results. 2014 ICS Red Champion Mike Stephens used Cadillac Cowgirl in his winning recipe!
