Come hang out with us Sunday July 31st from 12-4 pm and learn how to cook (or brush up on your skills) the state dish of Texas - Chili! This class will be held at the Sokol Activity Center located at 2622 Hwy 34 Ennis, TX  75119.  We will talk about spices, recipes and how to cook a winning pot of competition chili. The cost per person is $100 ($190 per couple) and includes a winning recipe, spices and meat as well as other items needed to cook chili.
