Every year in August, Hatch, NM begins harvesting its famous Hatch Chili Peppers! We use these the peppers to make a flavorful and mildly spicy jelly with cranberries, shallots and bell peppers. Stock up while it’s available! This is a limited product and once it’s sold out, we don’t make anymore until the next harvest! This jelly is delicious served over cream cheese with crackers or as a glaze on pork tenderloin, chicken, and ribs.
