A staple in so many recipes - Mild Bill's Dark has a rich aroma that comes from Guajillo and Ancho chili peppers. It's a finely ground dark chili powder blend that has good salt, and little to no heat. It's well balanced with just enough garlic and cumin. Many competitive chili cooks use this with Hatch Mild, Cowtown Light and SA Original. It's a great all around chili powder that can be used for enchilada sauces as well.
