Full of flavor and color, this chili blend is comprised of coarse ground chilies and spices that will add a complex layer of flavor to your chili. We recommend using it in your first set of spices to give the chili powder plenty of time to break down so you aren't left with grainy chili. It can be used with San Antonio Original, Champion Chili Powder Blend, San Antonio Red and any ground chili pepper.
Ingredients: Ground chili peppers, cumin, onion, coriander, garlic and spices.
