Mild Bill's Gunpowder Foods specializes in a variety of premium chili powders, including popular blends such as San Antonio Original and Cowtown Light. We also provide unique options like the salt-free San Antonio Red, catering to diverse dietary preferences.

How are your chili powders made?

Our chili powders are crafted from high-quality ingredients, ensuring that each blend delivers rich flavors and a perfect balance of heat. We prioritize freshness by filling orders in the sequence they are received, rather than prepackaging our products.

What is your shipping policy?

We aim to process and ship orders within 5 business days. During peak seasons, such as August to February, processing times may extend by an additional day. This information can be found on the website and in the shopping cart while you place your order. If you have a specific delivery date in mind, please include that information when placing your order. This does not include the shipping time. Please allow 2-3 days transit time for your order to be received. We do not offer a pick up option.

What should I do if my order is incorrect or damaged?

If you receive the wrong product or if your order is damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work towards a solution that benefits both parties. Due to FDA regulations, we cannot reuse or resell products once they have shipped.

Can I return my order for a refund?

Refunds are available under certain conditions. If an order is shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error, you may request a refund (less shipping costs) once the unopened package is returned. We do not issue refunds for orders marked as delivered by the carrier.
