You can prepare it with diced tomatoes (and add beans, but we won't tell) for a home style pot of chili, or prepare it like competition chili with tomato sauce for an equally delicious bowl of chili. This 1 pound of mix will season 10 pounds of meat. Instructions are included with your order. You'll also need a 48 oz can of diced tomatoes (or tomato sauce) and 16 oz tomato paste (if using diced tomatoes), water and salt. Gunpowder Party Fixins makes approximately 2 gallons of chili and provide 40 6oz servings or 30 8oz servings.
