Turn it Green with our Gunpowder Green Chili Mix. This package contains all the spices you need to make your own pot of Chili Verde. Whether you use pork or chicken, this mix will help you create a flavorful dish that can be enjoyed a multitude of ways. MSG, Sugar and Gluten Free. No added salt.
You will need 1.5 - 2# of pork or chicken (cubed or ground), 2 cups of water or chicken broth, 1 can of green enchilada sauce, 4-8 oz green chilies, diced (preferably seeded), 1 medium onion (diced) and 2 jalapenos (seeded and diced). The jalapenos are optional if you want to keep it mild. There is no added salt in this mix. We recommend adding 1 tsp salt and then adjusting to your taste.
Ingredients: Hatch green chili powder, cumin, garlic, & spices.
