Green chiles are a staple in Chili Verde recipes. We carry the mild version so that you can control the heat in your recipe. These flavorful chiles will give your green chili amazing flavor. We carry both the large 27 oz can and the small 4 oz can of whole green chiles. For those of you making a big batch of verde or cooking a competition recipe, we recommend the 27 oz can. For our Gunpowder Green Mix, we recommend 1 or 2 of the 4 oz can.
