One of our newest blends, Cowtown Gold is a great blend of chili powder, salt and light heat. It has a fine grind that can be used in any part of your chili recipe without worrying about the spices breaking down enough or not achieving a well rounded flavor. Cowtown Gold has well rounded heat, and works really well with any of our base chili powder blends (Cowtown Light, San Antonio Original) and ground chili peppers, especially Texas Red.
