Pepper - White (Fine Grind)

White pepper is made from black peppercorns that have had the outer shells removed and adds a very distinctive bite to any dish you add it to. It's popular for seasoning white sauces and macaroni and cheese. It is also an excellent choice for adding back bite to your chili - add a little to your cup before turn in for extra heat.
