Pineapples add a sweet note to this jelly that despite the Serranos, is relatively mild. As with all of our jellies, the peppers are seeded and in this case, you get the Serrano pepper flavor without all of the heat. We love serving this jelly as an appetizer over cream cheese with crackers.
Ingredients: Sugar, vinegar, pineapples, Serrano chili peppers and bell peppers.
