This coarsely ground, medium color blend has fantastic flavor and is great in any chili recipe. Lone Star Light features both California and New Mexico ground chili peppers to give a nicely balanced aroma to a blend that has just enough salt, heat and cumin. One of our personal favorites, this is a great blend to use with California Mild or Dixon Medium Hot. It also goes well with SA Red or SA Original.
