Chili Verde is a popular dish in the Southwest and it is also a division within ICS (International Chili Society). Using a combination of fresh ingredients and dried powders, Chili Verde is delicious and versatile. You can serve it as a stand alone dish or over eggs, tortillas, or enchiladas.
