We love to slather this dry rub on a rack of baby back or St. Louis style ribs and throw them on the grill or in the smoker. Sweet up front flavor blends into a little bit of heat and salt for a great all around pork rub. Use it on ribs, chops, carnitas or your favorite cut of pork.
