Heifer Dust BBQ Rub is knockout blend of spices that can be used for a backyard BBQ as well as the competition circuit. Briskets, burgers and steaks will be bursting with flavor from this fantastic spice blend. We recommend using one teaspoon per pound of hamburger meat for truly delicious burgers. For brisket and steaks, cover all sides with Heifer Dust at least one hour prior to grilling or smoking.
