Named after the 1995 Terlingua International Champion, this blend features the chili powders Colleen used in her winning recipe. This is a wonderful blend that can be used by itself to make a pot of chili or with other blends and ground chili peppers - like San Antonio Original and Dixon. This has a medium grind and a really rich aroma. A favorite among casual and competitive chili cooks.
Scoville Heat Units: 1,000-2,000
Ingredients: Ground chili peppers, salt, cumin, garlic, spices and MSG.
