We love our cumin! We import ours and sell 4% volatile oil cumin. This percentage of volatile oil content makes for a smoother, more aromatic cumin that dissolves in your chili recipe, or any dish you are adding it to. Cumin is what gives chili it's strong aroma and is also popular in Southwestern and Middle Eastern dishes. It's one of our favorite items.
