We couldn't be more proud of Jason - he beat over 275 cooks to become the 2014 Terlingua International Champion. His recipe is rich with great heat, salt and chili powder flavor. If you want to cook a winning pot of chili, start with Jason's. You won't be disappointed. Combine the mix with 2 pounds chili grind, 1 8 oz can of tomato sauce and 1 14.5 oz can of beef and chicken broth (each), and cook according to package directions.
Ingredients: chili powder, cumin, salt, garlic and spices.
