Big Jim is a hybrid chili pepper developed by New Mexico State University in the 70s. This ground chili pepper has a mild to medium heat level with a delicious aroma. It's beautiful orange-red color will go well in any chili recipe and will also complement blends such as Champion, Cowtown Light, San Antonio Original and Spice Mistress. Big Jim can be used in place of any mild or medium ground chili pepper with excellent results.
