We've recently revamped the recipe for Sierra and believe this is better than the original product! Our newest chili powder blend features a balanced combination of mild and medium chili peppers along with the right amount of cumin, salt and heat. Dark red in color, this is a hearty chili powder blend that will do well with a milder ground chili pepper such as RT Original or Sandia. It can also be used along with San Antonio Red or Cowtown Light for a great tasting pot of chili.
Scoville Heat Units: 1,500-3,000
Ingredients: Ground chili peppers, cumin, salt, garlic and spices.
