Don't let the Bhut Jolokia (ghost peppers) chili peppers scare you away from this awesome jelly. As with all of our jellies, the peppers are seeded and in this case, you get the ghost pepper flavor with nice heat, but nothing you can't handle! This is wonderful over cream cheese or on biscuits and toast.
Ingredients: Sugar, vinegar, mangoes, Bhut Jolokia chili peppers, peppers and onions.
